Refund policy
Due to the customized nature of our products, all items are made to order specifically for each customer. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason other than manufacturing defects or damage sustained during shipping.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
All products purchased from Pettly Love are considered final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:

Please ensure all order details — including personalization, artwork, and shipping information — are accurate prior to checkout. Once an order is placed, it enters production immediately and cannot be modified or canceled.
Damages and Issues
We take great care in the production and packaging of our products. However, should your order arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@pettlylove.com.
To assess the issue, please include:

Your order number
If the claim is approved, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost. Items sent back to us without first contacting our support team will not be accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
As per Article 16(c) and (e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right to withdraw from a purchase does not apply to:

The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized

Sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and are thus not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons
Accordingly, orders placed by EU customers for personalized products are not eligible for return or refund under the 14-day cooling-off period.
